What we collect

When you submit a service request we receive the information you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance type and problem description, and any optional details you choose to add (email, brand, model and serial number, error code, preferred date and time, notes). We also record technical context about the request: the page you submitted it from, the page where you first arrived, the referring site, campaign (UTM) parameters if present, the time of the request, a general device category (mobile, tablet or desktop) and your IP address for spam and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your service request, schedule and perform service, and keep a record of the request. We use the technical context to understand which pages are useful and to block automated spam.

How it is delivered and stored

Requests are delivered to our team by email and through a private business messaging channel, and a copy is stored on our web server outside the public website. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that deliver these messages and host the site.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a short-lived security cookie on the request form to prevent forged submissions, and your browser's session storage to remember the page you arrived on and campaign parameters until you submit a request. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The home and brands pages load display fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers.

Retention and your choices

We keep service request records as long as needed to provide service and keep business records. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, call (725) 900-0963.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
